By booking or purchasing services at SkinHugs, customers agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. SkinHugs reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately, and continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
2. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

Confirmation: Customers must confirm their appointments at least 24 hours prior. Unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled.

Rescheduling and Late Arrivals:

Rescheduling is allowed once with at least with 48-hour notice.

Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, with fees applied.

No-Shows: Missed appointments will forfeit any prepayment made.
3. Payments and Refunds

Non-Refundable: All payments for treatments and packages are final. Refunds are not provided for cancellations or no-shows.

Prices: Prices include applicable taxes and may vary based on promotional offers.

Promotions: New Users promotional services are valid for new customers only and eligibility must be verified before payment.
4. Packages and Vouchers

Packages must be fully utilized within the validity period specified. Extensions are subject to management discretion and may incur fees.

Promotional vouchers are limited to one-time use, non-transferable, and subject to expiry dates.
5. Treatment Results

Individual results may vary depending on skin conditions and adherence to post-treatment advice. SkinHugs is not liable for unmet expectations due to individual differences.
6. Liability Waiver

Customers agree to undergo treatments at their own risk. SkinHugs and its staff are not responsible for any adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or non-compliance with pre/post-treatment instructions.
7. Customer Conduct

SkinHugs reserves the right to refuse service to customers who exhibit inappropriate behaviour, violate policies, or disrupt operations. SkinHugs reserves the right to contact the Police and relevant authorities for any such disruptions.
8. Privacy

Personal data collected during booking and treatment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.
